Some champagnes are less than $10, especially during holiday sales, so you could even potentially remain at $25 :-) Also I think you shouldn’t count eggs, because I think that most people often have eggs just laying around in their pantry. A lot of people often have brown sugar as well!! :-)
We go through eggs really quickly so I always make sure I buy eggs specifically for the dish I want to use them in, I would say sugar both brown and regular and cinnamon are definitely more pantry staples for me at least.
